• Collect and treat industrial effluent through screening, chemical dosing (coagulation, flocculation), biological treatment, and filtration to reduce BOD, COD, and TDS levels.
• Operate the Multi-Effect Evaporator to concentrate high-TDS wastewater. Monitor temperature, pressure, and condensate recovery to ensure efficient evaporation and water reuse.
• Regularly record plant parameters, conduct equipment inspections, ensure proper sludge handling, and maintain safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance.
