• Build backend services for payroll incentive processing, incentive calculations, and payout management.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontend-backend integration, and use Postman to test, validate, and debug API responses before release.
• Contribute to a dynamic Incentive Calculation Engine supporting configurable business rules and formula-based computations, including debugging edge cases in calculation logic.
