1. Led Oracle ERP transformation and enhancement projects with rapid implementation plan across India and MEA regions. Instrumental in major ERP Enhancement and alignment project in Europe and SEAO regions → 3-4 days of inventory reduction in each units; ~10% reduction in overall IT operating cost
2. Defined and implemented Global Salesforce CRM solution using sales cloud within Flexible packaging business segment. Also worked out strategic roadmap to consolidate existing multi-org setup to single organization. → Improving global pipeline visibility by 20% and estimated to give 10% SFDC operating cost reduction
3. Co-authoring and driving digital transformation for newly created commercial organization. Defined global product costing and NPD processes, digitalising and implementing across multiple geographies. → Improving response time by 3-5 days, information accuracy and availability 
4. Instrumental in successfully piloting and adopting QAD Dynasys' S&OP tool adoption at German Unit → Improving forecast and execution visibility, improving OEE by 2% with ~5% reduction in inventory
5. using MS Azure technology. Data ingestion from multiple ERP systems such as Oracle eBS, SAP R3, Microsoft AX, Homegrown systems, Microsoft Excel. → Improved data discovery gave overall 1% EBIT improvement in the first year itself.
6. Conceptualized and directed shopfloor digitalization project, standardizing MES/MoM solution, data acquisition and tag standardization - Successfully Piloted at Thailand Factory using Siemens OpCenter. → automation give 7% OEE improvement during pilot phase

Establishing newly created segmental role, defined and implemented IT strategic roadmap Flexible Packaging Business Segment along with business stakeholders. → Targeting decentralised setup to hybrid centralisation, better alignment with business and technology needs, standardization and collaborative work practices
