Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical equipment, including HT & LT switchgear, control panels, vacuum circuit breakers (VCB), air circuit breakers (ACB), VFDs, HT motors, and LT motors.
Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective repair strategies by analyzing electrical circuits, using diagnostic tools, and employing advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel to coordinate activities, share knowledge, and ensure seamless operations.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, update equipment databases, and generate detailed reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and reliability improvements.
Electrostatic Precipitator Systems: Monitor and troubleshoot Electrostatic Precipitator systems, including testing HVR sets with Short Circuit Characteristics, Open Circuit Characteristics, and Lamp Load tests.
Numerical Relay Expertise: Configure, commission, and test numerical relays (SEL, ABB, Siemens, Schneider) in HT and LT panels using secondary injection test kits for protection and reliability.
Electrical Switchgear Operations: Oversee the erection, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of HT & LT breakers, including conducting timing tests and contact resistance measurements (CRM).
Transformer Maintenance: Plan and execute transformer and grid maintenance activities, addressing breakdowns efficiently & conducting transformer testing using industry-standard kits, including insulation resistance (IR) and primary current injection tests.
Electrical Commissioning: Managed Protection Relays, conducted primary and secondary injection testing and calibrated protection relays (e.g., Differential, Overcurrent, and Earth Fault protection), Cable Meggering, Hipot Testing also supervised LV/HV cable pulling, glanding, and termination.
Design & Implementation: Design modules and panels tailored to specific project demands, ensuring compliance with technical and operational requirements.
