Have extensively worked in SAP (MM module). Knowledge of stores operation to ensure utilization of space, management of materials and manpower also related documentation as Sr. store executive. Daily/Periodic reports preparation and documents verification.

• Maintain FIFO system in store.
• 5s Coordinator at functional area.
• Handling Differential materials & taking daily/Scheduled physical vs. SAP stock inventory.
• Manpower handling for operation of store activity.
• Supervision for proper loading/unloading of materials.

• Making GRN, RGP, NRGP, PO, SR, PR, Stock transfer Invoicing, Delivery challan, Scrap sales order and invoicing and E-way bills preparing by using SAP-MM (S4 HANA)
• Know about MSDS of Materials.
• Rejection/Return to vendor material handling.
• VMI stock handling.
• Completed Billing/Invoice/Challan and invoice of GRN forward to account department.
• Highlight dead items stock list on quarterly basis & present to management.
• Maintaining and submit test report of materials for inspection.
• Ensure the area is kept clean and free from hazard.
• DWM (Daily Work Management) meeting for discussion related to Critical or Shortage of material, Status of vehicle unloading, Detention of vehicles, Loss for issuance.
• Knowledge of SOP, IPS, WI, Control Plan, FMEA, PFD, HIRA.
• Responsible for no shortage in users.
• Plant Scrap & Hazardous Waste handling (Scrap segregation, storage, documentation, vendor coordination, disposal activities and compliance with EHS guidelines)
