Core activities

• Performing Triage of all type of cases (Validity of case and book in).
• Data Entry of ICSRs in safety databases (ARGUS and ARISg) • Quality review of ICSRs.
• Marking of errors in the quality trackers, weekly quality sessions for DE team and update of query log.
• Preparing quality presentation on monthly basis.
• Sending cases for Medical review • Reporting of ICSRs to Health Authorities and third parties.
• Mail box handling.

Secondary activities

• Client communication regarding new access request, cases request, reconciliation intimation, query raising and other process related discussion.
• Internal case allocation, query resolving mainly for project related queries.
• Conducting quality sessions based on the client feedback both internal and external.
• Training new team members on project related conventions.
• Making sure all the deliverables are given on time to the client as per the timelines.
• Metrics preparation and timely submission to Manager/Client.
• Tracker maintenance (client tracker, query tracker, case status tracker, peer review and productivity tracker).
• Any other adhoc activities pertaining to compliance and productivity as and when required for Pharmacovigilance process for the organization.
• Adhering to pharmacovigilance activities assigned by respective Manager.

Masters in Pharmaceutics
