One year of experience in Construction and MEP Projects. Experienced in independently handling and successfully completing projects by building positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Allocate responsibilities to the safety team and monitor their performance.
- Attend and support Toolbox Talks (TBT) and Toolbox Meetings (TBM) conducted by supervisors and engineers.
- Participate in project review meetings with clients and management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
- Organize safety induction and periodic training programs for workers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintain safety records.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure safe work practices.
- Guide the project team on HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) are available and environmental requirements are followed.
- Promote Zero Harm by motivating employees to achieve a zero-accident workplace.
- Conducting Toolbox Talks (TBT) and Safety Awareness Programs.
- Managing Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
- Conducting Safety Induction for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Organizing Weekly Safety Meetings.
- Performing Site Safety Inspections and HSE Audits.
- Inspecting Hand Tools and maintaining checklist records.
- Preparing Daily Safety Reports.
- Monitoring Confined Space Entry and Work at Height activities.
- Conducting Scaffolding Inspection and tagging.
- Carrying out Monthly Safety Inspections.
- Preparing Incident/Accident Investigation Reports and recommending corrective actions.
