Md Shahid Alam

My name is Md Shahid Alam. I am currently pursuing my M.A. (Second Year). I am a hardworking, responsible and self-motivated person with a positive attitude towards work. I am eager to learn new skills, take on new responsibilities and contribute effectively to the organization. I believe in honesty, discipline, teamwork and continuous learning. I am looking for an opportunity where I can utilize my abilities, gain professional experience and grow with the organization.

I have been working in the Mobile Repair and Service field since 2020 and I also run my own mobile service center. I have practical experience in mobile phone repairing, troubleshooting, hardware and software-related issues, display and charging problems, and general mobile maintenance.

I also have experience in customer handling, service management and day-to-day shop operations.

Apart from mobile repairing, I have basic knowledge of computers, including basic computer operations, internet usage, typing and other day-to-day computer-related tasks.

I am a hardworking, responsible and quick learner, and I am always willing to learn new skills and improve my knowledge.
