Conduct toolbox meeting at site and manage all site related activities. To ensure that personal protective equipment's are in working condition and being used by workers as per nature of job. Working at height check weather workers' are using safety harness.if they are working at above 2mtrs. Height,fall arrester used while moving at height. And many more to maintain good Safety culture at site of plant. To arrange mock drill of fire fighting and others emergency situation time to time.
