• Plan and develop merchandising strategies which fulfill the customer expectation & compony moto.
• Identify & establish relationship with garment manufacturers, suppliers & vendors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their product requirements & specifications.
• Work with designers & manufactures to develop the garment samples & prototypes.
• Oversaw daily operations of product development & bulk production.
• Followed up for the production to ensure the delivery on time.
• Market research for quality, designs & colors & arrange to develop the samples according to customers' requirements.
• Conduct inspection at various stages of production to identify & address any quality issues.
• Visit factories to resolve any delay or quality related issues.
• Visit to stores & taking feedback of dispatched bulk.
• Maintain record of timelines from order receiving to dispatch.

Merchandiser - Linear Design

• Summaries requirement from tech packs.
• Get approvals from the buyer on quality and colour of yarn and accessories and for final approval of sample.
• Prepare and send requisition to factory.
• Manage the sampling process for initial samples, proto samples and SMS samples on an end-to-end basis starting from making the planner, executing sample requirement as per the tech pack.
• Costing of developed samples.
• Invoicing for samples to be sent to logistics team.
• In case of production stage, responsible for yarn and accessories ordering from the supplier.
• In specific cases managed the entire production to dispatch process independently.
• Ensure any leftover finished stock is sold to the same customer.
