- Optimized energy and chemical consumption in Crude and Vacuum Distillation units through continuous monitoring, process simulation, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Analysis of daily Crude Blend and Crude Compatibility Matrix to ensure unit operation under CBW limits.
- Identified process improvement and OPEX reduction opportunities by analyzing operational data and trends, while developing Management of Change (MOC) proposals for energy conservation and plant reliability.
- Monitoring APC performance on daily basis & suggest improvement action.

Shift Field Engineer in Crude Distillation Unit having experience in process optimization and troubleshooting. Responsible for operational activities of Crude Distillation Unit in the field namely Fractional distillation Columns, Desalters, Strippers, Stabilizer and Fired heaters.
- Having experience of safe shutdown and start-up of the Crude unit and Involved in major MOC execution such as Crude Heater APH replacement, Dead End Removal, RCO Quench tie-in, Diesel PA Augmentation tie-in, LG/LT Standpipe I/V provision, etc.
- Involved in the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of MOCs(PIOs) such as APH replacement, Brine Flasher, LVGO Chloride Washing Scheme, Provision of Deluge system for Sat gas area pumps & vessels.
- Handled Many Emergencies like Power dip, Water shot, Crude Fired Heater Trip, Charge Pump Trip, NGC trip, etc.
- Responsible to Maintain daily process operation to ensure consistent production output by monitoring DCS and Field operations in the plant and consistently maintaining through put as per EPS planning.
- Lead/participate in safety initiatives including risk assessments and HITRA preparation for any job activities and Skills in Online work order and permit management of the system (SAP) and maintaining sufficient stocks of the PPEs and resources by effective management of Purchase Requisition.
- Having experience of HFIR round template creation and configuration for monitoring of process parameters and OmPro-HFOM for Logbook HOTO. Also Scheduling & Conducting SOP review as per JCC frequency.
- Responsible for supervising the team for Safe unit operations, regular maintenance, monitoring the unit performance, Turnaround, and manage Teams. Activity planning, assigning and scheduling the job to subordinates and Liaison with other departments for the plant performance.
- Compliance with health and safety standards to ensure safe working conditions.
