- New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, PO releasing, Material Delivery and Payment
- Responsibilities of Fully Computerized & ERP Procurement
- Screening of Requisitions Prior to Forwarding for Procurement In-charge
- Material Procurement Receipts, Physical Inspection, Stacking, Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Level of Critical & Fast Moving Items, Maintaining All Procurement Documents
- Material Management, Planning for daily consumables material for next one month, billing status, making the comparative statement
- Preparing Estimation and Costing of FG parts and regular child parts and Inventory statement reports
- Plan and organise maintenance
- Procuring the material from local & inter states approved Sources of Customer
- Search of Sources, Vendor development & prepare of Enquiry with RFQ
- Preparation of comparative statement / Management approval
- Search of source with best quality products for the best rate
- Preparation of all types of purchase order
- Daily follow-up with suppliers for Delivery/Rejection/Shortage
- To maintain the minimum / maximum stock of raw material/packing materials & consumables
- To co-ordinate with the technical department for requirements of raw materials
- To co-ordinate with account department for bill passing & account process
- To co-ordinate with the Quality team in solving and to avoid Quality issues
- Negotiation with the party and placement of purchase order
- Avoiding unnecessary inventory stocks and proper planning to avoid Premium Freight
