I am a Registered yoga trainer (RYT) from last 7 years certified from Yoga Alliance, which acknowledge the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and registered Yoga School (S Vyasa and 1000 Yoga) A little about me: ➢ Kick started my teaching journey with Cure Fit and at present in collaboration with Decathalon conducting LIVE sessions. ➢ Associated with well-known MNC’s (Microsoft, Nagarro Software’s) in providing online corporate sessions. A freelancer and an experienced trainer in one-to-one tutoring and group instructions ➢ Gold Medalist in Yoga Competition help by Parmanand Yoga Institute of Science and Research ➢ My yoga journey was set in motion 7 years ago as an addition to my existing workout routine. Over the past 5 years, my interest in yoga has steadily grown, and it is now a constant practice. ➢ Got inspired to teach yoga to get out of the humdrum of office life.
