• Providing Organizational Insights by Development of various Management, internal stake holders and external partner related visualization dashboards like MI_PAC, Business leakage, Performance summary, Persistency, NB TAT, Partner One view and many more in Qlik application.

• Collaborated with BCG for Analysis of business for Merger and IPO planning.
• Providing regular insights to CEO, CDO CXO and Top management as per business requirements.
• Rationalized reports which helps Channels to track business parameters in single report instead of many reports.
• Publishing regulatory reports on regular basis and ad hoc basis for Indian government regulatory bodies like IRDA and IIB.
• Preparing reports for Board meeting /Investor presentation/strategic presentation for CEO and CDO.
• Automating critical business reports to CEO and top management via SMS/Email.
