Objective to give Maximum Support up to 24 hrs. to our Production Plant & Minimize down time (or) maximum utilization of HEMM up to 90% availability by utilizing preventive and Productive maintenance Schedule as well as to maintain track record and history sheet for the same as per ISO 9001:2000. Of all the HEMM like Excavator, Loader, Jcb, Dumpers, Crawler Drill machine, Compressor etc.

• Ensuring availability & reliability of HEMM & Mines Mobile Equipment to support production
• Ensure timely maintenance of all equipment under control
• Plant Mobile Equip cost control & spares Inventory level reduction
• Voluntarily involving as Zone Leader for 5s Activities certification
• To support the process & mines department by giving maximum availability of automobile & HEMM equipment like Excavator, Tippers, Drill Machine, Compressor Etc.
• Minimum consumption of spare parts, lubricants & fuel
• Look after consumption of fuel & Lubricant & spare parts
• Tendency to take decision by own self in the favors of Company
• Maintenance of Heavy earth moving equipment
• Trouble shooting of Heavy earth moving equipment
• To manage a fleet of 04 Supervisors & 38 Technicians & Helpers
• To give technical advice to technicians
• Coordinate with service engineer
• Store management
• Minimize consumption of lubricants & fuel
• Conduct training program for machine operator & dumper driver for safe operation
• Daily Cost monitoring production verses cost
