• Processing payment of third-party vendor, staff expenses, utilities, rent etc. and posting in accounting software.
• Maintain daily accounting records in Tally ERP9
• Monthly payment of TDS, EPF, ESI.
• Monitor ledger, unsettled advances and payables
• Bank and Cash Reconciliation.
• Account reconciliations of Creditors & Debtors.
• Maintenance & review of files, vouchers and other accounting documents
• Verification of petty cash expenses of different outlets
• Coordinate auditors and provide all vouchers, files and all subsidiary documents which relates from finance.
• Arranging Form 16 & 16A for staff and vendors in coordination with TDS consultant
• Checking accounting entries.
• Lesioning with bank for accounts operations, additions and deletions of bank signatories.
• Maintaining manual cash book and update on daily basis.
• Multiple Project handling with cost center.
