Responsible for Planning & Scheduling ,Job allocation, Shop data
& Record keeping.
Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work ow, space requirements and equipment layout.
Responsible for Production & Assisting different operations to achieve Monthly target & priority of PPC department.
Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result.
Assist with shop floor layout and follow cellular manufacturing method.
Generating Purchase orders to Vendors in ERP system for subcontracting of material and follow-up & supervise them for OTD of material to achieve nal dispatch.
Plan and organise maintenance.
Implement safety practices at shop floor.
Generating production documentation such as Daily Production
Report, Rejection Report, Heating furnace capacity report,
Monthly Production Report.
Lead and/or support technicians and Operating Staff.
Maintaining & update Quality Objective Data, Preparing
Corrective & Preventive actions and communicate to MR.
Hands on experience of working with SAP & INFOR ,ERP system.
Diploma In Mechanical Engg.
