• Improvement in process sampling: Implemented a new system for sampling from Hydrogenation. It is not emission of little quantity of Hydrogen gas in atmosphere during high pressure sampling from Hydrogenator.
• Cost Saving ideas: 2% Recovery increased of processed palladium on carbon (catalyst) by changing in sparkler filter cleaning method.
• Reduced manufacturing cost and time: By given one best proposal to management for preparation of intermediate material with solvent and charge same in the reactor to save the time of opening / closing of manhole, Gaskets cost of manhole, pressure test, cylinder, and production batch cycle time for each batch.
• Energy conservation: For reactor seal cooling purpose used of recycle of water by providing of new 1 KL tank with one centrifugal pump.
• Managed operation: Modified in DCS sequence and new pressure test logic for better enhancement of safety and critical process parameter and interlock for quality of product with safety enhancement.
• Audits: Participated in USFDA, WHO & MHRA audits.
• Safe handled of pyropheric nature of catalyst and explosive Hydrogen gas hence no any incident happen in the plant.
• No any data integrity issue occurred because of 100% cGMP training compliance and Good Documentation practices.
• Meet the production target with safe handling with respective Environment Health and Safety.
• Development in cleaning procedure: Newly established and validated the cleaning Holding time study of dirty and cleaned equipment at final stage as per cleaning remediation and validated hold time study of equipment. Passivation cleaning frequency determined for 72 hrs. Before hold time study validation passivation cleaning frequency were after every 24 hrs. Thus save the time, Passivation cleaning agent cost, Equipment life for organization.
