• Piping Classes within organization, maintenance & development of PMS. · Involvement in inhouse development of WI-Work Instructions, JA-Job Aids, Process Flow Maps for material engineering. · Manual Valves supplier qualifications for various technical requirements · Ensures timely delivery of deliverables as defined in the project schedule to ensure timely project completion. · Preparation of Piping Material Specification / Pipe Material classes, branch table preparation- paper specs. · Preparation of Technical purchase/supply specifications for Bulk Components, Valves and Specialty items. · Preparation of Datasheets &
• Material Requisitions for valves & specialty items. · Technical Bid Evaluation for Valves and Specialty Items and Vendor Documents Review. · Technical discussions / meetings with the vendor to resolve vendor queries regarding technical offers. · Pressure Calculations as per ASME 31.3. like Pipe Thickness and RF Pad.
