- Expertise in AIM and UOM Implementation where I am involved in Gap Analysis, Solution Design, Building, Testing.
- Experienced in preparing User Manuals, test scripts.
- Create and follow up the Service Requests (SR’s) with Oracle Global Support team.
- Better Hands-on Toad, SQL Developer and Data Loader.
