I’m a Generative AI Developer with 8 months of hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications using Python, FastAPI, LangChain, PostgreSQL and AWS.

At AITSP, I was the sole developer of TechSalesAxis, an AI chat-based recruitment platform for IT sales hiring. I integrated GPT-4o and RAG for resume parsing, rubric-scored assessments, career roadmaps and natural-language search, and built a 5-stage resume-parsing pipeline that reached 94% accuracy on 500+ test resumes at 5 to 8 seconds each. The platform was piloted with 30 users.

I also fine-tuned DistilBERT on Banking77 (77 intents) to 92.2% accuracy and shipped it as a Dockerized FastAPI service with pytest tests and GitHub Actions CI, with the model and model card published on Hugging Face.

• Developed TechSalesAxis, an AI chat-based recruitment platform for IT sales hiring, as the sole developer across frontend, backend, PostgreSQL and 3 AWS services (RDS, S3, Amplify); piloted with 30 users.

• Designed a 5-stage resume-parsing pipeline (S3 upload, background processing, scanned-PDF detection, multi-provider LLM fallback, validation) storing structured profiles in PostgreSQL; 94% accuracy on 500+ test resumes at 5 to 8 seconds each.

• Delivered role-based access for 3 user types (candidate, recruiter, admin), a 4-step onboarding flow, and match-score job matching, plus recruiter tools for AI job posting, recommendations and invitations.
