Facilitating PI Planning meetings by collaborating with multiple teams.
Facilitating Sprint Planning meetings, which includes reviewing the Product Backlog and collaborating with the Product Owner and the Core Team.
Facilitating the Daily SCRUM meetings to allow the Scrum Team to synchronize their work and communicate issues and roadblocks to the Product Owner
Facilitating Sprint Review Meetings to review the scope and functionality delivered successfully in the completed Sprint.
Sprint Retrospectives and outcomes translated into Improvement action items as needed, Daily Scrum
Ensure the team abides by the SCRUM/ SAFe rules and guidelines.
Be the servant leader and shield the team from external intervention.
Help remove impediments and roadblocks to progress.
Assist and work with the Product Owner in maintaining the Product Backlog
Maintaining an exceptional level of customer focus centered on integrity and transparency.
