I'm currently working at Amazon as Catalog Lead in the Global Ops department. My primary duty is to ensure maximum quality is obtained from the production and tackle all the possible chances for an escalation from stakeholders/customers. I'm responsible for analyzing the quality metrics, create mechanisms to improve the quality, propose new strategies to improve the overall customer satisfaction, to the leadership, identify the gaps in the SOP etc.

Prior to this I worked as Transportation Intern at CCI Logistics Ltd, Chennai where I monitored the status of each and every vehicle that is in the transit and updated the report of the delivery for the respective companies. The major clients were Flipkart, Lifestyle, DHL India, Dow Chemicals, Shibaura Machines, Toshiba etc. I have also done another internship in cochin in the same logistics field.

Currently I'm pursuing a Global MBA in Supply Chain and Operations from Liverpool Business School under Liverpool John Moores University. I have completed my graduation in Logistics Management from university of Calicut with an overall of 77.80%
