- Monitor all air conditioning units and schedule maintenance of all heating and cooling units and monitor all malfunctions on mechanical processes and install repair all equipment.
- My jobs responsibility to check cooling tower and chiller tank water level check air Handling unit blower motor's belt, air filter check, any breakdown maintenance works of pressure, level, flow and temperature measuring instruments.
- Very Good Experience Pipe line refrigeration copper to copper soft to hard with insulation.
- Replace Compressor, brazing copper to copper in the use for LPG and oxygen.
- Work experience for refrigerant filling to AC, HVAC unit R-22, R-32, R-410A, R-134A, R-404A & R-407C
- Use for HVAC Tools and materials. Knowledge to finding places for cooling capacity..
- Assist to identify all issues in equipment's and perform repair on systems and perform required preventive maintenance for all HVAC and refrigeration systems. Perform repair on various systems and maintain safe working conditions.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Knowledge to finding places for cooling capacity.
- Mounting and impulse connection of the pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, pressure switch.
- Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment's and components to manufacturer's recommendations i.e. valves, Motors, belts, bearings, filters and lubrication.
- Valve temperature control of Gauges (HP Gauge, LP Gauge), Oil Safety switch and Oil Pressure Switch Settlements Corrosion and other defects in daily basis.
- Repairer and Change of all Instruments, Oil Charging, Gas charging and Compressor Condenser deskilling.
