Ø Perform cable installations, hardware Rack/Stack installations, testing, and troubleshooting using standard datacenter processes.
Ø Troubleshoot Servers, Switches and Client Systems, Cable patch panel, Install OS, Installation of various servers, client machines, setup remote desktops, upgrade systems, Fiber channel switches, workstation builds and repairs
Ø Provided customers support to internal customers.
Ø Maintain all the test equipment needed in the lab environment
Ø Delivered excellence in customers service through situational analysis and timely resolve of escalating problems
Ø Racked and cabled all equipment for enclosures
