• Designed and delivered multi-agent AI systems for enterprise clients across research and financial domains, owning agent architecture, custom toolkit design, LLM evaluation, and end-to-end pipeline implementation using the Agno framework.
• Built and optimised RAG pipelines with OpenSearch vector search, applying prompt engineering and multi-LLM benchmarking (Mistral, Gemini) to maintain high response accuracy and minimise hallucinations in production.
• Developed an internal agent observability platform (full-stack) enabling real-time monitoring of agent invocations, input/output token counts, and tool call traces via a dedicated UI — adopted across all active Botminds projects.
• Implemented structured data extraction pipelines combining OCR, LLM parsing, and agent-based classification to route document content into predefined labels at scale.
