• Field Engineer Dispatch (FEDRS): Built a dispatch system handling planned and unplanned customer visits. Developed a smart address-matching engine using Google Maps Geocoding API that automatically converts addresses to coordinates and prioritizes pincode matches to ensure routing accuracy.
• Reports & Automation Services: Built the Daily Report Sheet (DRS) and Quotation Excel export system with ExcelJS, fixing multi-timezone and lookup bugs. Developed a Google Drive automation service to end-to-end recover missing invoices, upload PDFs, and link document workflows automatically.
• System Reliability: Resolved a critical production outage where the MongoDB database stopped auto-starting on a Windows Server following a reboot by configuring the environment and writing an automated recovery batch script.
