Ensure employees in-house payroll details are accurately created and administered Perform in-house payroll in Dubai, U.A.E
Working within defined processes, ensures all payments are successfully managed in a timely way
Preparation of leave settlement and final settlement as per UAE law.
Processes payroll updates, adjustments, reconciliation, deductions and garnishments for employee record changes, leaves of absence, payroll status updates, terminations, and insurance coverage
Increment of staff salaries as per management decision
Assist with all other HR functions including unemployment workers compensation and employee engagement
