• We receive orders from sales/customers. Need to complete the order before the given time. • Maintaining records and analyzing reports before sending them to sales/clients. • Approaching client for additional information which is preventing from completing the order. • If there is a discrepancy in order or stuck somewhere in the system due to some issues approach the correct team to clear that out on priority. • Maintaining the SLA and giving 100% quality. • I’m also handling escalation orders and if any of my team members receive escalation I’m working to resolve the issues as soon as possible
