Reviewing PFD, P&ID, I/O lists, Instrument index, I/O assignment, Junction box schedule, Cable schedule, Cable tray layout, Air header schedule, Instrument location plan, Instrumentation Loop Drawings, Wiring drawings, logic diagrams, Control philosophies & Narratives, C&E matrix, Instrument –Electrical interface wiring diagram.

Reviewing Vendors sizing & selection sheets of Control valves, Flow meters, Pressure Transmitters, DP type Level Transmitters, Radar Level Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, and Actuated On off valves.

Ensuring effective Installation, Commissioning & troubleshooting of majority of field instrumentation (Pressure, Flow, Level &Temperature measurements, Control Valves, Analyzers, F&G detectors, etc.) as per Instrument Test Plant (ITP).

Commissioning, Engineering support & troubleshooting of plant control systems, vendor packages.

Control valves, On off valves (Pneumatic) (EL-O-MATIC,Rotork, Flowserve,Biffi,Metso, SAMSON, Masoneliane, Fisher)

Ethane tank project, installation & commissioning.

Incinerator of 0.8 & 1.5 TPH installation & commissioning.

FAT (Hardware & Software) activity done of PLC system (Allen Breadly Logix 84 controller) at company premises.

Performing complete Control system SAT, logic checks & final C&E checks along with process engineers.

Overseeing installation & commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities; effectuating maintenance plans for machines and equipments.

BE in Instrumentation & Control Engineering & Same field in Diploma
