Working as a site engineer on a 12 MW ground-mounted solar PV plant

• Performed inverter & DCDB inspection, including alarm analysis and fault detection
• Monitored plant performance via SCADA (generation, inverter output, availability)
• Analyzed VMPP/IMPP to identify underperforming strings
• Conducted DCDB checks (fuses, terminations, earthing, safety)
• Inspected PV modules for hotspots, cracks, and defects
• Supervised panel cleaning & vegetation control to improve efficiency
• Carried out LT panel & switchyard inspection (breakers, busbars, evacuation system)
• Assisted in cable termination (HT/LT) with safety compliance
• Ensured site safety, housekeeping, and inventory management
• Supported preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
