Currently employed at Movate, where I am responsible for overseeing an Aruba Networks (HPE) focused project within the RMA, Supply Chain, and Customer Support division.

My key responsibilities include

• Managing RMA escalations and onsite cases, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently processing critical orders within designated SLAs utilizing Salesforce Lightning.
• Effectively handling backlogs to maintain operational efficiency.
• Proactively maintaining communication with partners and end customers, ensuring timely follow-ups to address their needs and concerns.
