¯ Specialization in, Data Center Projects / Operations, Smart city master community design, green field and brown field projects, ICT infrastructure, New Technologies adoption preparing RFP / tender documents process, Execution/Planning, Vendor Management, Customer Relationship Management, Team Management, Audits and ensure SLA compliance.
¯ Specialization in analytical and quantitative problem solving, and complex ideas communication Practical experience in capturing requirements, mapping processes, and presenting solutions with appropriate tools
¯ Specialization in Capex, Opex and revenue generation for the new business models as per the business roadmaps and vision for management review & approval.
¯ Defines, acquires, and allocates operation budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish KPIs, SLAs and customer / business requirements
¯ Major projects includes part of team for the assessment and implementation of ISO 20000, ISO27001, ITSM, BIM assessment and implementation, Emaar One Network ( Dedicated Dark Fibre) across the communities in organization Design, implementation, and handling over all Emaar Technologies Data center operations, smart cities and implementation of various technologies across the group
