- Daily Morning meeting on shop flor with department machine operaters and helper regarding planning and line rejection.
- Daily Morning meeting with management.
- Daily data entery in ERP (machine Production, material issue and material move from shop flor)
- Inventory maintained of machine parts and assymblay line.
- Fully Resposibilily of pressur die casting machine, drill and tapping machine and vibro machine.
- Fully Resposibilily of maintenance of pressur die casting machine, drill and tapping machine and vibro machine is over.
- Responsible for overall production target and customer satisfaction with zero customer complaints.
- Monitoring, analysis and controlling inhouse process rejection to desired achieve quality target.
- Continuous improvisation of defects coming in Production lines, & stage inspection for controlling line rejection.
- To maintain and enhance Kaizen activities & to resolve work place quality issues.
- Responsible for daily/monthly MIS.
- Preparing competency chart, skill matrix & job responsibility of reporting team.
- Customer specific requirements adherence monitoring & control.
- To provide the trainings to the workers, supervisors to upgrade their skills.
- Process Qualification /Process Validation of all new set up.
