Quality Engineer - SVN Quality engineering - Coimbatore

• Prepare the work instructions and procedures and maintain documents.
• Conduct the internal audit (Quality) and improve the internal process.
• Perform the customer audit and get approval for the implementation of new products.
• Conduct the supplier audit and provide feedback on the process.
• Training Incoming, in process & Final Inspectors to identify the product, problem and related inspection instruments.
• Overall responsibility for Inspection activity at all stages (In - coming, In-process & Final inspection).
• Prepare Process flow chart and Control plan for the new and existing products.
• Coordinate new product development and get approval from customers.
• Close GRN in the Quality point of view.
• Follow up Corrective and Preventive actions for the nonconformance found in the receipt, in process and final stage.
• Maintenance of measuring instruments calibration.
• Conducting customer inspection offering.
• Interact and take decisions with Quality inspectors on a case-to-case basis on rejection, rework.
• Manufactured in-house & outsourced and improved inspection methods.
• Register customer complaints and communicate the severity and impact of the customer complaint received.
• Receive corrective actions for Supplier end lot rejection and verify the Impact of Corrective actions taken by the supplier.
• Guide the inspection team to carefully handle and monitor inspection equipment at line.
