RESEARCH EXPERIENCE:
During PhD:
Worked on research project entitled as “Integrative analysis to find key genes in Cardio renal Syndrome transcription (mRNA/miRNA) regulatory network”.
During M.Phil:Worked on project entitled as “In-Silico Screening of Biomarker Genes of CKD by integrated analysis of Microarray Datasets” under the supervision of Dr. Romana Ishrat, CIRBSc, Jamia Millia Islamia, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-India.
During M.Sc:
Worked on research project entitled as “Selection of Differentially Expressed Genes responsible for Hypoxia Using Microarray Data Analysis Technique” under the supervision of Prof. Sugadev Ragumani, DIPAS, DRDO
