PRESENT STATUS:

• Pre doctoral Fellow(ICMR-Senior Research Fellow) since 2019, at CIRBSc, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India in the laboratory of Dr. Romana Ishrat (CIRBSc JMI).

RESEARCH EXPERIENCE:

During PhD: 

 Worked on research project entitled as “Integrative analysis to find key genes in Cardio renal Syndrome transcription (mRNA/miRNA) regulatory network”. 

Worked on project entitled as “In-Silico Screening of Biomarker Genes of CKD by integrated analysis of Microarray Datasets” under the supervision of Dr. Romana Ishrat, CIRBSc, Jamia Millia Islamia, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-India.

During M.Sc:

Worked on research project entitled as “Selection of Differentially Expressed Genes responsible for Hypoxia Using Microarray Data Analysis Technique” under the supervision of Prof. Sugadev Ragumani, DIPAS, DRDO
