Bending Schedules, Tender Documents, Tender Queries, RFI’s, Subcontractor Billings,

Workorders & Management, Value Engineering, Quotations, Progress Reports, Material and

Labour Reconciliations etc.

 Well Versed Quantity Takeoff Software’s like Plan Swift & On-Screen Takeoff

 Good Experience in MS Excel, Auto CADD, MS Word & Power Point.

 Contributes to the Cost Control section of the Job Close-Out Report incorporating differences between the Job Estimate, Job Budget, and the actual cost of the project.

 Attends weekly and Monthly Progress Meetings

 Have the ability to demonstrate Commitment to Job, working within a team framework and being as a part of team proactive, service minded, result oriented and pleasant with good interpersonal communication skills.
