Almost 8 Years of Experience in GCC (Dubai, UAE).
Having Qualified Master’s (M.E) & Bachlor’s (B.E) Degree in Civil Engineering.
Having Experience in Construction Industries from Starting to Finishes in High Rise Residential
Buildings, Commercial Towers, shopping malls, Schools and Residential Villa’s during Pre and
Post Contract Works.
Experience in the following: Quantity Takeoff, Accurate Measurements, Bill of Quantities,
Project Estimation and Budgeting, Cash Flows, Interim Payments, Variations and Claims, Bar
Bending Schedules, Tender Documents, Tender Queries, RFI’s, Subcontractor Billings,
Workorders & Management, Value Engineering, Quotations, Progress Reports, Material and
Labour Reconciliations etc.
Well Versed Quantity Takeoff Software’s like Plan Swift & On-Screen Takeoff
Good Experience in MS Excel, Auto CADD, MS Word & Power Point.
Contributes to the Cost Control section of the Job Close-Out Report incorporating differences between the Job Estimate, Job Budget, and the actual cost of the project.
Attends weekly and Monthly Progress Meetings
Have the ability to demonstrate Commitment to Job, working within a team framework and being as a part of team proactive, service minded, result oriented and pleasant with good interpersonal communication skills.
