SMT Team Leader - Lion Circuits - Bengaluru

• Lead day-to-day SMT production activities and coordinate operators to achieve planned production targets.
• Program and set up Juki RS-2 and NeoDen SMT machines and perform first-board verification.
• Prepare and verify Gerber, BOM and XY/centroid data before production.
• Perform feeder setup and verify component value, package, polarity, orientation and placement requirements.
• Support solder paste printing, stencil setup, reflow and AOI inspection processes.
• Troubleshoot SMT machine, programming, feeder, component placement and process-related issues.
• Perform PCB debugging including multimeter testing, schematic reading, continuity/short checks, voltage/current checks and test-point measurements.
• Perform component-level testing and identify faulty components using appropriate test methods.
• Support PCB rework/component replacement and power-supply troubleshooting where required.
• Perform circuit-level debugging and investigate PCB functional failures to identify root causes.
• Use DC power supply and oscilloscope for hardware testing and troubleshooting.
• Support NPI/new project activities, production trials and process verification.
• Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks/material shortages and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
