- Executive Dashboards & Financial Ops: Designed and own the monthly EP leadership dashboard — 10 metrics anchoring every OL Huddle (Sales Plan vs Actual, Pipeline, Revenue Variance, Headcount, Util, EBA, CoQ, DSG, Top Demands, Skill Shortage). Drive period-close variance reporting, GAA / LPX / WBS code governance, and R&R budget allocation for 277 Vantage Points nominations.
- Leadership Cadence & Communications: Orchestrate USI EP MD/MDLD Monthly Connect, OL Huddles, the EP SM Summit, US Leadership visits and EP All-Practice Townhalls — owning agenda, decks, speaker prep and follow-ups end-to-end. Built the EP Anchor recognition initiative and the Celebrating Success communications cadence.
- AI / GenAI Enablement: Conceptualized and shipped two AI skills on Deloitte's internal Sidekick platform — Autocore (Automotive / SAP pursuit support) and EP Chief of Staff (practice orchestration) — including system prompts, starter examples and brand-aligned badge design. Co-lead Gen-AI pilots with the Innovation Leader.
- RFP & Pursuit Support: Currently leading the SAP S/4HANA RISE RFP for Daimler Truck NA & DVCM Mexico (PP, QM, PM across multi-phase program); refreshed Honda L3 estimates and Nissan UAT exit metrics for the steering committee.
