• Own delivery of enterprise dispatch and logistics integrations for customers including NEOM, Red Sea Global and DUBZ, turning customer and operational requirements into configurable business logic, access controls and production workflows.
• Work across external mapping and routing providers: re-architected directions, routing and places capabilities around GraphHopper and Pelias, retaining provider choice where open map data is less reliable; reduced Google mapping spend to approximately one quarter of its previous level.
• Improved API response times by 61.3% through MySQL replication, read replicas and database optimisation; coordinated near-zero-downtime migrations across MySQL, MongoDB and Redis.
• Reduced incident response time by 89% by building monitoring and alerting around production failure modes, supporting faster diagnosis and more reliable operations.
• Helped decompose monolithic platform capabilities into independently deployable containerised services; contributed to the Angular v5-to-v18 migration and microfrontend architecture, improving operational efficiency by 45%.
