• Designed and implemented an RM (Raw Material) Dispensing Application using Tulip Software, integrated with SAP to fetch BOM (Bill of Materials) sheets, ensuring accurate material lists for product manufacturing.
• Utilized ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) within the RM Dispensing Application to generate and print detailed labels for each specific raw material container.
• Established network connectivity between Tulip and an MT Scale (Material Transfer Scale) to ensure real-time weight data capture during the dispensing process.

• Architected the data infrastructure for e-BMRs, connecting HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) to Kepserver; configured machine tag addresses on Kepserver; and established connectivity to the Tulip Server using the Tulip API to maintain seamless data flow between Tulip, HMIs, and the Server.
• Enabled final e-BMR generation in PDF format, summarizing all captured manufacturing data for regulatory and record-keeping purposes.
