• Train Users (FPNAs at different Client Location) on features and functionalities of Cognos Café which can be used as Finance users to refresh the data in Month Closing Cycle
• Enabled the end users to report numbers readily there reducing the turnaround time of reports

Reports and dashboards for the EIS application Stack (SIGNET, SCM analytics, FPM, Cyborg, CWN) moved to IBM Cognos 10.1.1 which earlier ran on Cognos 8.4.1.
