*Handling team of 20 associates responsible for bulk hiring for PAN India Location.
*Forming strategy and making proper implementation of it for effective hiring.
*Responsible for full requirment life cycle of employee.
*Ensuring smooth work experience of candidate by HRBP activities.
*Ensuring the premium select for the company and taking final round of interview of the candidates
*Update and design new recruiting procedures (Eg: The job application and the Job Descriptions) and supervise the recruitment team of 25 people and report on its performance.
*Keep track on the recruitment metrics (Time-to-hire and cost-to-hire)
Advise the hiring managers and the recruitment associates on the re-interviewing techniques and recommend ways to improve.
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
*Liaise with the executive team to establish recruitment goals.
*Conduct new hire HR inductions, assist with onboarding, create and implement PIP program, carryout employee appraisals and conduct exit interviews.
*Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
*Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
*Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement.
*Responsible for executing key HR projects and initiatives aligned to the strategic priorities of company, as per the project plan.
