- Develop samples as per buyer's requirement.
- Arranging fit samples &pp. sample as per buyers
- Coordinate with the vendor's and buyers.
- Arranging samples for testing.
- Arranging Photo-shoot samples for buyer.l
- Arranging Photo-shoot samples approval.
- Arranging web samples as per buyer requirement.
- Regularly updating the buyer about order status.
- Execution timely delivery.
- Making production files with all approved trims and fabrics.
- Sending the trims and fabric lots for approval in buying house.
- Co-ordinate with all units in Production and store regarding order status.

- Review the file and sample amend all comments of buyer and identify the product details.
- Arrange the fabric and all the materials that we are using in our product
- Approval of fabric Top and PP samples also from the Buyer End .
- Measure the product before production overall the parameters.
- Valuate the first output and arrange the meeting about issues which we control with the help of the team.
