I am an OTM consultant with 5+ years of experience, mainly working in support and minor implementation projects.
Currently, I am working as a Business Architecture Analyst at Accenture, where I handle incident, problem, and change management activities related to order management, shipment management, and OTM configurations. I have worked extensively on screen sets, manager layouts, saved queries, agents, and user management including VPD profiles.
Previously, I worked with Flo Group and TCS, where I gained strong hands-on experience in shipment planning, integrations, reporting, and L2/L3 production support
Along with functional and technical skills, I regularly interact with clients, prepare documentation, and support team members. I also have basic experience in BI Publisher reporting.
