I have recently completed my M.Sc. in Microbiology, with a dissertation focused on 'Bioprospecting of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) from Traditional Fermented Foods and Assessment of their Antibacterial Properties'. Through this work, I developed hands-on expertise in microbial isolation and identification, biochemical and physiological characterization, growth studies, antimicrobial activity evaluation, aseptic laboratory techniques, and microbiological data analysis. My academic training and research experience have strengthened my interest in applied microbiology, particularly in the food, pharmaceutical, dairy, and FMCG sectors, with a strong inclination toward quality control, product safety, research, and industrial microbiology applications.
