working as QA lead for MS D365 F&O full implementation project
Experience
Leading testing team from onshore for MS D365 ERP (migration, upgrade and development) program
Interact on regular basis with project team, implementation team to get details on the requirements , testing scope to carry out project activites.
Closely working with client to carry out project activites.
Building test team from scratch at onsite and offshore
Involved in the daily, weekly check point meeting, design workshops, client demo, internal management meeting.
Involved in test estimation, testing strategies, other testing activities
Involved and lead team across all test phases : System testing, Integration testing, Data Migration, UAT and Go Live testing support.
Extensively involved in testing the MS D365 ERP application focusing on core business area such as SCM(Modules: Procurement, Sales, Inventory, PIM, production Control, Master Planning) and Finance(Modules : AP, AR, GL, FA, Cost Management, Cash and Bank).
Knowledge sharing with cross track team members
Prepare daily and weekly status report, QA tracker updation and status update on weekly basis to management
Done team member appraisal, involved in resource placements.
Support and lead to automation team , data migration team, performance team on regular basis
