Hydraulic, Pneumatics, EOT Cranes, Gear boxes, motors, pumps. Compressors. Chillers, Hydraulic Cylinders assembly and check daily Maintain good condition. Replacing worn/faulty mechanical components and equipment. Replacing the spares or consumables as per the manufacturer recommendations.

• Responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment's and following as Per schedule
• Responsible for increasing the percentage of rate of availability of equipment'
• Responsible for break down preventive maintenances' in plant.
• Responsible for doing RCA for major breakdowns 's to eliminate the main cause for breakdown
• Responsible for achieving monthly's and yearly.
• Responsible in implementing a new idea for frequently breakdown

• Stop values, Yoke Assembly value Spindle, cone assembly of servo motor.
• Front Nate assembly gland pin Fitting tapping drilling, Turbines gland pin fittings

• Stainless steel Reactors assembling also glass reactor and mobile tank check valves repairs or replacement.
• Centrifugal pump handling.
• Turbine pumps , mixer and blender , dryer
• AHU handling , motor assembly
